1. managing polarities in congregations: roy m. oswald
Having created the Polarity Management brand and all the foundational graphics, I have been hired by independent Polarity Management consultants to format those graphics to fit their own books. In the case of Roy Oswald’s book “Managing Polarities in Congregations” I created the entire book layout from scratch, including a tricky problem of displaying the wide-format Polarity Map across the gutter when critical information lives at the center of the map.
I coordinated closely with the publishing house to hand off final high-res camera-ready graphics as well as layered templates and instructions for their editors to build the final press doc.
NOTE: I did not create the book cover, although the Polarity Map image was my creation.
2. power surge: margaret seidler
Polarity Master Consultant Margaret Seidler needed custom tweaks to a dozen grayscale Polarity Maps and arrows for her book.
