I have enjoyed a working relationship with PMA for 20 years. They are a truly innovative organizational consulting firm with a uniquely universal and powerful methodology. At the core of their work are a few critical graphic metaphors — a map, an infinity loop, and a synergy arrow. I have helped PMA redesign and refine the form and function of those components as their methodology expands and improves.

In 2008 I was brought aboard again, this time as Creative Director, for what turned into a highly intense 3 year design project centered around the invention and development of a groundbreaking new online assessment tool for consultants. The software would allow Polarity Management to radically expand their network of consultants, their educational curriculum, their revenue streams, and their ability to do good works around the world. Done right, the Polarity Management Assessment Process (PMAP) had the potential to revolutionize the consulting industry.

To support and promote the new software, the entire PMA brand was up for a sweeping facelift. Everything from logo, color palette and typography, to templates in Word + PowerPoint + email, downloadable PDFs, every graphic element in the enormous PMA graphic library, a complete website redesign, all new marketing materials, training manuals and guide books, and PMA-branded consultant videos.
