pmap lasting impact trial
The first trial of the new assessment concept was spearheaded by Robert “Jake” Jacobs and Leslie DePol of Lasting Impact. I was hired to apply the new Polarity Maps and Infinity Loops I had just designed for PMA to an assessment Lasting Impact was about to launch for the NHS (National Health Service) in England.
I cleaned up their logo, developed type and grid structure for their PowerPoint slides, and customized the palette of the PM Map to match their green + blue Lasting Impact brand.
reverse coding
With the return of the first sets of data from the survey, we discovered an incredibly tricky problem with the coding methodology. Even though this issue was the purview of the 3rd party survey experts Lasting Impact had hired to do the heavy coding, I ended up being the one who dug to the bottom of the math, analyzed the live data, tested various mathematical coding techniques, and ultimately created the solution which was employed into the final software.
