As Creative Director for Polarity Management Associates I spent three years designing, building, and beta-testing the Polarity Management Assessment Process (PMAP) software.

Creation of the PMAP was the driving force behind a comprehensive design rebuild of the entire company, creating and implementing a clean Design Guide throughout the PMA website, business collateral, marketing pieces, editable Word and PPT templates, reusable graphics libraries, and a 500+ page training binder.
