A Tree Grows in Hollywood

In their Silver Anniversary year The Oaks School wanted the marketing pieces for their annual fundraiser gala to be really special.

I took my cues from the warmth and textural richness of this intimate and creative community, and celebrated the beauty and symbolism of trees, roots, branches and birds with hand-drawn calligraphic lettering and illustration.
