My first design as a founding member and previous co-chair of The Oaks School Green Committee was this logo.

With this mark we could raise green awareness on campus by tagging anything that had an element of “green” in it: new filtered water fountains, green lunch sacks and reusable water bottles, a beach cleanup field trip, or a newsletter article about efforts the school made to green the annual campout .

In the final logo top left I embedded a subtle reminder of the ‘REs’ — REduce, REuse, REcycle, REclaim, REpair, REthink, REpurpose — by have the arrows cycle in Reverse.
